富豪群的水果大餐是出了名的特別，這裡的水果餐，是依照四季推陳出新，並結合當地的食材做出特殊口感的風味餐，特別強調新鮮及色香味俱全，例如：南北一家親、蠔油香菇佐芒果、山豬肉炒蘋果、梨子透抽佐奇異果、清蒸總統魚…，均深受客人喜愛。
其實每一種水果都可以入菜，只不過要做出適合大眾口味的水果餐，就變成有所選擇，有些取其香甜、有些取其清脆，不但顏色搭配很重要，且口感可隨個人的喜好，做出或酸或甜的口味。
One of the biggest features of Full House Resort is its fruit cuisine. The combination of seasonal fruits and the Shao tribal featured cuisine creates a unique and tempting relish. A fusion of local ingredients and varieties of fruit cuisine are served according to the seasons. Pumpkins thickened with melon, oyster sauce mushrooms dressed with mango, boar meat with fried apples, inshore squids and stewed with pears and kiwis, and steamed President fish are some of the favorite dishes recommended for the visitors.
